For visitors with restricted mobility and visitors with baby carriages, the Hertford Art Museum can be accessed via the elevator,
located at the entrance.
The Hertford Art Museum offers audio guides about the collection in German, English, Italian, French, and Spanish.
Museum Café is located on level 2 and can be easily reached via elevator or stairs.
It is also accessible from the outside and can be visited without a ticket.
You can spend about 2-3 hours in the museum. In addition to the permanent collection, there are changing special exhibitions.
